根据辽宁省高校返校复学工作视频会议精神和《辽宁省高等学校返校复学工作方案》，结合学校疫情防控工作实际，对2020届国际学生毕业工作安排如下：

一、2020届毕业生答辩全部采用网络答辩方式进行。本科生由所在学院组织答辩;硕士、博士研究生由所在培养单位确定答辩时间。答辩程序与学位申请要求与往年一致。

二、2020届毕业生达到毕业标准并符合授予学位要求的，经校学位委员会决议后，统一授予相应学位。

三、按期毕业的国际学生，其毕业证、学位证由学校统一邮寄至学生本人。

四、为统筹安排学校宿舍资源，2020届毕业生应于7月15日前完成房间内个人物品清理工作。因疫情因素不能返校的毕业生，可委托国际教育学院为其整理并邮寄个人物品（邮费自理）。7月15日之后，学院将对未整理的个人物品进行统一保管至9月1日，过期视为放弃。

五、申请延期毕业的国际学生，如有在校内继续居住需求，可向国际教育学院提交申请，国际教育学院根据实际情况为其重新安排房间，费用自理。

                                        Notice onthe GraduationArrangements forInternationalStudents in 2020

According to the spirit of the video conferenceabout returning to school and the work plan of returning to school for colleges and universities inLiaoning province and the situation of epidemic prevention and control, the following arrangements are made for the graduates of international students of the classin2020:

1. The defense of graduates of the class of 2020 shall be carried out by network defense. Undergraduate students shall be organized by their college for defense; for master and PhD students, the defense time shall be determined by thecollege. The defense procedure and the degree application requirements shall be the same as those intheprevious years.

2. Graduates of the class of 2020 who meet the graduation standards and the degree conferment requirements shall be uniformly awardedthecorresponding degrees upon thedecision of the academic degrees committee of the university.

3. For international students whowouldhave graduated on schedule, their graduation certificate and degree certificate shall be mailed to them by the school.

4. For the overall arrangement of dormitory resources,thegraduates of the class of 2020 should finish the cleaning of personal belongings in their rooms before July 15. The graduates who cannot return to school due to the epidemic situation may entrust theSchool ofInternationalEducation to sort out and mail their personal belongings (at their own cost). After July 15, the college will keep unsorted personal belongings until September 1. Expiration will be deemed astheabandonment.

5. The international students who apply fortheextension of graduation may apply to theSchool ofInternationalEducation if they need to continue to live on the campus. TheSchool ofInternationalEducation will arrange rooms for them according to the actual situation, and the expense should be carried by the students.
